An interactive audiovisual work with fourteen participants, all with different mother tongues, living in the city of Zürich. Dialogues derives from the prosodic possibilities of language, and from the semantic deconstruction of a phrase from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's book, The Little Prince, which says: “the essential is invisible to the eyes”. Sonic fixed media matches to any of the languages, offering to the audience the possibility to create several compositions live. Between semantics and prosody, gestures, proverbs and chants are interspersed as forms of communication.

Dialogues aims to develop approaches to social interaction through audiovisual language and sound. The acoustic and the electronic, the languages between them, their cultural origins, the timbres of the voices, all of them are elements that enter into dialogue in this work.
